X/SPECS is formatted to provide optimum opportunities for learning and growth, as well as meaningful dialog, best practice-sharing, and strategic face-to-face interactions. 

Because X/SPECS is a hosted event, qualified retailer invitees are provided a complimentary experience that includes registration, three nights at the luxury event hotel, meals, and reimbursement of up to $500 for round-trip airfare. In return, invited participants agree to attend the Solution Theatre presentations, general sessions, breakfast and lunch roundtable discussions, onsite and offsite receptions, and Face2Face information exchanges.

Retail companies each have a designated meeting table, and sponsors move from table-to-table in a musical-chair, speed-dating style format.
 
  • Provides uninterrupted time (1.75 hours on Wednesday, and 1.75 hours on Thursday) for retailers and sponsors to determine if a working relationship is practical for both.
 
  • Offers an opportunity to make quick introductions and exchange contact information as desired for future follow-up.

 Solution Theatre presentations provide retailer attendee groups with a 20-minute
   snapshot of the solution that the presenting sponsor has to offer.

 
 Theatre-style presentations are often interactive in nature, providing groups of
   retailers with an entertaining and informative setting in which to gather product/
   innovation/service information.

 
 Presentations are divided into two groups:  Construction and Facilities.
