The special group rate of $289.00 plus taxes and fees is good three (3) days prior and three (3) days after show, based on availability. Be sure to book your room at your earliest convenience.  ***Due to increased participation at this year’s X/SPECS event, we expect the hotel to sell out well in advance of the Friday, Sept. 22 rate deadline, so reserve your rooms as early as possible.***

Cancellations: Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date without penalty.
